With over 15 years in high-growth, VC-backed startups in the Bay Area, I'm passionate about building impactful, resilient organizations. Each company I've partnered with has deepened my understanding of how tailored talent strategies accelerate business growth while honoring their unique missions. As a consultant, I'm excited to bring my insights to a broader range of organizations, helping them design people-focused cultures that foster collaboration, inclusivity, and high performance.

My life took a significant turn when I was promoted to the Head of HR and then to another title: mom. This dual role has provided me with a unique perspective, enabling me to understand and address the needs of both employees and employers. The experience of going from a working person to a working parent is perhaps one of the most transformative human experiences. This pivotal moment inspired me to expand my work to support parents through this significant professional and personal life change.

Whether working with leadership on strategic HR strategies or coaching parents through their parental leave, my commitment is unwavering. I bring empathy, humor, and a dedication to making these transitions as smooth and fulfilling as possible, ensuring the well-being of all involved.
