About

I've spent 15 years making people decisions at startups. The hard ones, not just the easy ones.

I'm Cassie Bradley, a three-time Head of People who's built HR functions from scratch at startups going through some of their most intense chapters: hypergrowth, global expansion, layoffs, leadership transitions, acquisitions.

I've been in the room for the hard conversations. The ones founders don't want to have and the ones employees don't see coming. I know what companies are weighing, what they'll negotiate, and what's off the table. That's what I bring to every client, whether I'm helping a company build something that lasts or helping an individual navigate a moment that matters.

I started Bespoke HR Partners because I kept getting calls. Founders who needed a real people partner. Friends who wanted a second opinion before signing an offer. So I built a practice around both.

I work with a small number of clients at a time. That's not a marketing line — it's how I do my best work.

Based in the Bay Area. Certified in HR, compliance, coaching, and leadership (SPHR, Dare to Lead, Korn Ferry). Mom of two. Still the person my friends call for advice.

"She is a full cycle HR leader with direct experience in recruiting to compensation, talent management to leadership development — and all the nuances in between."

— Jennifer Farris, Chief People Officer

How I work

How I work

Small on purpose.

A handful of clients at a time means real attention. You won't be handed off to an associate — I'm the one in the work.

Honest, not corporate.

I'll tell you what I'd say to a friend in the same seat. Pleasant fictions aren't useful when you're making a real decision.

Startup-fluent.

I've built people functions from zero. I know what's worth investing in early and what's noise dressed up as best practice.

Quiet, careful, confidential.

Especially for individual work. Nothing shared, nothing named — your conversation stays yours.
