Three-time Head of People. Builder by nature. I help startups get ahead of their people debt before it costs them.
I'm Cassie Bradley — I've built HR functions from scratch at startups going through some of their most intense chapters: hypergrowth, global expansion, layoffs, leadership transitions, acquisitions. Every function I built was designed to scale — so the company didn't have to rebuild from scratch every time it doubled.
I've been in the room for the hard conversations. The ones founders don't want to have and the ones employees don't see coming. I know what companies are weighing, what they'll negotiate, and what's off the table. That's what I bring to every client, whether I'm helping a company build something that lasts or helping an individual navigate a moment that matters.
I started Bespoke HR Partners because I wanted more. More companies to build with, more leaders to partner alongside, more of the work that actually matters. After years of going deep at single companies, I realized the thing I loved most — the strategic, the messy, the high-stakes — was exactly what more founders and teams needed. A practice let me bring that to more of them. The individuals work grew from there, because it turns out the people inside those companies needed someone on their side too.
I work with a small number of clients at a time. That's not a marketing line — it's how I do my best work.

How I work
Small on purpose.
A handful of clients at a time means real attention. You won't be handed off to an associate — I'm the one in the work.
Honest, not corporate.
I'll tell you what I'd say to a friend in the same seat. Pleasant fictions aren't useful when you're making a real decision.
Startup-fluent.
I've built people functions from zero. I know what's worth investing in early and what's noise dressed up as best practice.
Quiet, careful, confidential.
Especially for individual work. Nothing shared, nothing named — your conversation stays yours.
